Plain-language rules for using Bingeable. Be kind, be honest, and remember that our guidance is help, not a guarantee.

Using Bingeable

Anyone can browse Bingeable. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Accounts

  • Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. By creating one, you confirm you are.
  • You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person, one account. We may block accounts that break these terms.

Reviews and anything you post

  • Your reviews are yours. You give us permission to show them on Bingeable, and to remove them if they break the rules.
  • No links, email addresses, phone numbers, advertising or spam.
  • Nothing hateful, sexual, threatening or unkind. Keep it suitable for a family site.
  • Mark spoilers. It's the polite thing to do.
  • We check reviews with automatic tools and by hand. We may hide or remove any review at our discretion, and we'll hide anything that is reported until we've looked.

Our guidance is not a guarantee

Age bands, content tags and notes are our honest best effort, based on a film's rating, its description, and a person's judgment. We can't watch every scene for every viewer. Families differ, so please use your own judgment, and tell us if something is wrong.

Film information and links

Film data and images are provided by TMDB. Bingeable is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. “Where to watch” links go to third-party sites we don't control. Bingeable doesn't host or stream films.

Fair use of the site

Please don't scrape the site in bulk, try to break or overload it, or work around its safety features, including the age setting and moderation.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Bingeable accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or relying on its guidance. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Changes, ending things, and the law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on this page. You can stop using Bingeable, and delete your account, at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end access for people who break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
